Utilizing several layers of wood, I aimed to add depth to a 2D art piece. I was inspired by layered Pokémon Cards and wanted to increase the scale as well as complexity to fabricate this manga panel from Haikyu!! as a gift. I first vectorized the image and refined the details. Then I separated the foreground and background into several layers and prepared for cutting. The project demonstrates my skills in image vectorizing and ability to design 3D structures using 2D software.
