Two classmates and I constructed a layered sculpture As part of a humanities class presentation. We divided a free 3D model into several sections in Slicer for Fusion360. The box was designed and engraved with a quote from Laila Lalami’s The Moor's Account. On the top panel of the wood is an engraved shadow with laser-cut chains breaking off of the character. This project demonstrates fluency in 3D modeling, Adobe Illustrator, and collaborating with others.
